SAT
The College Board owns and develops the SAT, a standardized test used for undergraduate admissions in US colleges. On behalf of the College Board, ETS administers the test. The test is used to determine whether a student has the necessary aptitude for admissions and scholarships to US colleges. The SAT assesses how much you have studied in high school and how well you are equipped for further study. The SAT is about more than memorizing word meanings and formulae; it’s about your intuition, how well you’ve been educated, and how effectively you can think and make the best decisions with the information you have.
Students frequently believe that the SAT is only essential for college admissions.
